Start with the photograph
Check the image opening before ordering a desktop photo frame. Overall frame dimensions do not necessarily describe the visible photograph area. Record portrait or landscape orientation and where the frame will stand. For a gift programme, decide whether photographs will be inserted before delivery or by the recipient. Keep any printed insert and branding instructions separate from the frame supply.
For digital frames, plan setup
Digital photo frames need a different brief. Confirm the supported transfer method, power requirements and any app or account needed to display photographs. Ask how the selected model handles image orientation and storage. If several frames are being supplied to a business, decide who will manage content and accounts. Catalogue photographs do not confirm that every connectivity feature or service is included.
Prepare the enquiry
For photo frames and digital picture displays, send the selected product reference, quantity and delivery area together. Add photographs, dimensions or a configuration list where they explain the requirement. Separate essential features from preferences so alternatives can be assessed properly. Review the final quotation against that brief, including VAT treatment, included components, additional work and the proposed delivery arrangement.
